Exercise of the Week: Imprinting

Imprinting is a deeply centering exercise. It is a perfect way to get everything set up right before you start your workout. And if you don’t have time to work out, a few minutes of imprinting will help relieve stress, and bring you into a Pilates state of mind from which you can move in through your day with more presence.
