However that doesn’t means that I approve of smoking cigarettes in order to lose weight. Moreover caffeinated diet helps you to quit some of your bad habits – you avoid eating fast food snacks.

To sum up, I would like to disappoint those who thinks that caffeine is something like miracle. It isn’t true. The unique ability of caffeine to help to lose weight is hidden in its properties to make you lose your water weight. Therefore you can cheer yourself up that with the help of a cup of coffee you’ve lost many pounds, but that doesn’t mean that you won’t gain easily those pound as well.

What is more, it is very important to remember that caffeine is in those products that also have many harmful for your figure ingredients such as sugar for example. It is in soda, in a fancy mocha or caramel drinks from Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts.

That is why be careful while giving a perforation to some of the beverages that contain caffeine. Because a diet soda or a coffee with milk or sugar won’t help you to lose weight dramatically without any efforts.
